Description

Due to the passage of Hurricane Odile through Los Cabos in September 15, 2014, the International Airport suffered very severe damages to its infrastructure and Terminal buildings 1, 2 and FBO. The damages inflicted included the destruction of roof covers, glass facades, prefabricated walls, electrical and voice and data installations and damages on drop ceilings, glass doors and interior walls in all the check in, immigration and VIP areas in the two terminals buildings.

Gran Visión Construcción was hired to assist in the removal of debris and within four days over 400 people were working on the site. The Gran Vision team worked 18 hours a day seven days a week being able to have the operation of the operation reestablished 22 days after the hit of the hurricane, 5 days before the deadline that was set by the airport administration
